A Ristretto

Very early picking, but Burgundy is very lucky for now few vintages and 2020 show a great concentration. Thick skins and a lack of juice make us compare this to the short italien coffee. The vine roots draw every drops of water available before the first picks on the 25th August.

Discovering

Some new cuvées are coming in the cellar, and the wine list increase in Nuits St Georges when start in Vosne Romanée.
