A classic vintage

As the year before, we were close to get another frost during spring. Hopefully the dry conditions didn't damage the vineyard.
The growth was fast then, and many vine-flowers were produced, showing that the vine had a good rest in 2016.
The picking started quite early, the 8th of September we decided to collect the first grapes, and even if the sugars coul be higher, the tanins were ripe and acidity level just perfect.

Finesse, and precise expression

The winemaking get through without any add of sulphur once again, and gave fruity style of wine. Ageing gave a lovely complexity to the wines and their expression truly reflects the Terroir.
